Fast Track Innovation

Scope, ideate and prioritise innovation projects

Course Description

◾𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: ◽ Many organisations have been created to minimise risk and conform to processes and rules. Whilst this approach has driven efficiency in the past, it limits innovation, and prevents engagement from different teams. Innovation often relies on the unique combination of finding common ground and agreements whilst letting go of conformity. ◽ This course ensures innovative ideas are understood by others. We replace silo-based ways of working with collaboration which involves multiple stakeholders in the ideation, implementation and roll-out phases of your digital transformation. Our approach maximises the short-term adoption of ideas and long-term commercial success of your innovation program. ◾ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀: At the end of the program, you will be able to: ◽Identify user needs, behaviors, and motivations to create a customer-first innovation plan ◽Explore expansive thinking to identify what actions will have a disproportionate impact on the business and customer ◽Use reductive decision-making to agree on where you should focus efforts to maximise value for the business ◽Conduct rapid iteration prototyping activity to translate the business need into a minimum viable product ◽Discuss ingredients of a successful innovation culture to align stakeholders ◾ 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀: ◽Alfred Biehler, Head of Innovation at Google will present 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ◽AJ Boelens, Managing Director & Entrepreneur at Innovation Connected will present 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ◽ Pilar Barrio, Co-Founder, Entrepreneur, & Consultant at Beyond Good will present 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 ◽Francis Goh, Digital Innovation Leader at Amazon Web Services will present 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗹 ◾ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁: • 6 Live webinars over 6 weeks, 1.5 hrs/week • 2 Office Hours sessions to reflect and discuss learnings • 4 expert guest speakers • Moderated discussion boards to share views, case studies, and materials
